Case Studies ACTpro protects Church of the Good Shepherd in Singapore Church of the Good Shepherd (COGS) was started by several local Anglican churches on a half-hectare site in Singapore in the 1950s and officially opened on 31 January 1960 by the Bishop of Singapore. Brief: Selecting an access control security system for a church poses a set of unique challenges. The system has to be user-friendly and be perceived as “welcoming” for the public and church members to worship in peace and comfort.
